recycle small WEEE items (waste electrical and electronic equipment).

As the local libraries are closed due to lockdown, residents have been unable to recycle small electrical items, without making a trip to a household waste and recycling centre. We have proposed a 12 month trial which will be reviewed regularly for resident to drop of items for recycling and reuse.
