Dear all,

The Camping Close is a lovely open amenity that we want the village to appreciate, use and take care of.

Whilst the area is open to the public for casual use, If you are wishing to arrange a group party or event (more than just sitting on a picnic blanket) you will need to book with the Parish Clerk (there is a simple form to complete), this makes sure that it doesn't clash with another booking and that the PC's insurance is valid. A risk assessment will need to be submitted.

There are no charges for non-commercial bookings

If you wish to book a money raising event such as a Car boot sale you may be subject to commercial charges and required to provide evidence of PLI insurance, please enquire with the Parish Clerk.

We do also accept bookings over at Humphries Meadow for a funfair, we don't currently have a funfair booked in with us - the form for booking this is on the PC's website.
