Some of the rules on what we can and can’t do changed as we moved on to step 2 of lockdown easing.

Here is a summary of what can open, and what is or is not permitted under Step 2 of the government's roadmap:

  • Indoor leisure (including gyms) open for use individually or within household groups

  • Rule of 6 or two households outdoors. No household mixing indoors

  • Outdoor attractions such as zoos, theme parks and drive-in cinemas

  • Libraries and community centres

  • Personal care premises

  • All retail

  • Outdoor hospitality

  • All children’s activities, indoor parent and child groups (up to 15 parents)

  • Domestic overnight stays (household only)

  • Self-contained accommodation (household only)

  • Funerals (30), wakes, weddings and receptions (15)

  • Minimise travel. No international holidays

We all need to keep following the rules so that more restrictions can be relaxed and we can all get back to the things we enjoy.

Don't forget - Hands, Face, Space, and Fresh Air.
