help finalise this draft cycling strategy

Thank you to the town and parish councils who have responded to our cycling questionnaire and helped spread the word.

We have been reading the responses received so far with interest:

• “Investment in the building and maintenance of cycle routes will go a long way to encourage people to use bicycles”

• “Let's do it ......let's get Braintree on the cycling map”

• “More and improved covered secure bike parking areas”

• “Free cycling groups and classes”

There is just over a week left to have a say on our draft cycling strategy before the engagement period ends.

If you have not already done so, please take the time to fill-out the feedback form and encourage the residents and businesses in your towns and parishes to participate too - the more views we receive, the better.
