Housing Developments at the Water Lane Site

Residents will be well aware that work has begun on building on the Water Lane site. If you want to find out ore about this, refer to BDC planning records and use the reference number 18/00408/FUL.

The developer’s “Marketing Pack” will soon be available to the public too and this is a good way of finding out about the project.

Plans for development of the Weatherhead’s site on the corner of Helions Road have still not been finalised, due to delays on the part of BDC. This is likely to be resolved very soon.
