A new initiative has been launched by the Dementia Buddy charity that will help those in Essex, who live with dementia, to stay safe. The initiative is being backed by the NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) throughout Essex, Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, Alzheimer's Society, Essex Police and local authorities.

Guardian Angel wristbands, badges, hang tags and keyrings containing the person’s first name and an emergency contact number are devices worn by those living with dementia.

Please share this in your communities and encourage them to visit the Dementia Buddy website for more information.
