Welcome to the UK Power Networks Priority Services Register. We recently reached out to inform you that we believe someone in your household is eligible for free priority support in the event of a power cut. We contacted you via email on 20 January 2025 and provided a 30-day opt-out period. Since we haven't heard from you, we have added your details to receive extra support during a power cut. Although we can’t promise to get your power back on quicker, we do promise to support you by providing regular updates and tailored support during a power cut.
You can always view our 'Priority Services welcome information' where you can download our Welcome Booklet, Statement of Service and more.
We also work with your water and energy providers to ensure you get support across all your utilities. Thirty days after you’ve received this message, we will share your information with your utility suppliers in case there's ever a disruption to your energy or water supply. We’ve made it easy for you to let others know about the service, simply share this email with your loved ones.
Keeping your information and contact details up to date
You don’t need to do anything else at the moment. However, as a priority services customer it is important to make sure your details are up to date so we would ask you to update your details every year or when your situation or address changes. You can update your details using our online form and we’ll take care of the rest. If we haven’t heard from you after 12 months, we’ll attempt to get in touch with you to ensure all details are still correct.
